The OPTI-6100 MX chassis is a 19-inch or 23-inch rack-mountable platform which hosts 2 high-speed (HS) slots for optical multiplexer modules (OMM) to terminate OC3/STM-1, OC12/STM-4, OC-48 circuits, and 12 mid-speed (MS) slots for tributary modules to deliver DS1/E1, DS3/E3, EC1, OC-3/STM-1, OC-12, or 10/100/1000 ENET services for medium density applications. Provisioning of all modules is done through the SCM or SCM2 module.
